This small four way cross medal is made of solid 14k yellow gold with a polished finish. Dimensions: 18x18mm. This item is the size of a dime. Fits up to a 2mm wide chain. Approximate weight: 1.80 grams. Made in USA. Also known as a cruciform, it is actually four medals in one: The Sacred Heart at the top; St. Christopher on the right; Miraculous at the bottom; and St. Joseph on the left. The words “I am a Catholic, please call a priest” are inscribed on the back to indicate to a first responder the wearer’s desire for the last sacraments.
